CART is made up of concerned citizens and taxpayers residing in Manatee
County who are volunteering their time and resources to gather support from as many frustrated taxpayers as possible. CART's
Steering Committee is made up of working people with families and responsibilities but are motivated to organize fellow citizens
of Southwest Florida and provide a vehicle to carry our collective message to the elected officials. Please take a moment
